Recover your body with this great session of functional stretching and movement.  This will be just what the Dr ordered for your body as we focus on mobility of hips, shoulders, back, and knee’s.   Relaxing but challenging to assist you in total body health. You’ll do stretches specifically designed for posture by using rollers, stretching bands and your body weight.  We recommend 1-2 times a week for Team tune sessions.
