Sorry fellas, this group is for women only. Full body metabolic interval training using a variety of apparatus such as ropes, med balls, slam balls & various free weights and machines.  These interval training sessions are the most effective for overall calorie burning and  fat loss. The time will fly bye in these FUN, CHALLENGING, and MOTIVATIONAL workouts . You will never do the same workout twice and the energy you’ll feel  during and after will stay with you all day. We recommend 1-3 times a week you do a Team Lean session.
