The idea of Body Balance came through inspiration over 25 years ago when Jeff started his career in fitness. After entering the field of personal training, he quickly noticed a disturbing trend – most of his clients were one dimensional with their health, fitness, nutrition, and wellness goals. He knew that healthy living requires a special balance between strength, cardiovascular, metabolic conditioning, nutrition, sleep, and overall wellness. Jeff and his wife, Tricia, took this fit of inspiration and fought to make their dream a reality—the dream of owning their own training studio.
Through hard work, the dream became a reality when Body Balance Fitness Training opened in 1998 and was the FIRST training studio on the Westside. With the humble beginning of operating out of a health club, Body Balance Training continued to grow and thrive through a special vision of CARE and SERVICE. Body Balance Training now operates out of a state-of-the-art, 5,000-sq. ft. facility.
