We specialize in a balanced approach towards Personal Training to help you meet all your fitness needs. After a personal evaluation, we will help you determine, achieve and maintain a set of attainable fitness goals so you can focus on getting healthy & fit.
Small Group Training
Small Group Personal Training involves 2-3 people per group with custom, personal training workouts to meet each individual’s goals. Clients who enjoy Small Group PT get the benefits of personal training and motivation from your peers, at a fraction of the cost.
BODYfit Training Group
Unlike large fitness classes, your group of 3-5 people will have the full attention of your Trainer and you can choose from a variety of types of classes based on your fitness goals. Find the motivation, challenge and focus in these 45 minutes, budget-friendly classes!
